I firmly believe in niche marketing, and it is one of several products we offer to realtors and FSBO. Other products include one other website: GreatSecondHomes.com; plus six quarterly direct-mail publications: Great Properties Magazine (editions in Dallas/Fort Worth, Austin, Houston and San Antonio), Ranch Properties Magazine (Texas Edition, plus another called Great Western Edition that features ranches for sale in the western states, Canada and Mexico).
We are just getting ready to launch another publication called Ski Properties Magazine, that will also feature a website that compliments the publication.
